Shipping
Our products are all made to order and have different production lead times. Each product page will specify that products lead time. We ship our products exclusively by UPS ground with no added handling fees. Shipments of our products to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Canada are available by special request. “Canada orders will also be charged broker fees and GST or HST tax that will need to be collected by customs prior to you receiving your shipment. The rates vary by province or territory.” Contact us at admin@americasfinestlighting.com to make arrangements and receive a special freight quote.
Free Shipping Policy
America's Finest offers “Free Shipping” on all orders of $100.00 or more on orders that are shipped in the contiguous 48 States.
Freight Damage Claims
We take great pride in utilizing quality packing methods; however, we realize that our products may occasionally be damaged in shipping. Upon receiving your order, inspect your cartons immediately and note any damage when signing for the shipment. Open every box immediately. Damage is not always obvious. Even if you do not intend to install your fixture(s) right away, you must inspect it immediately. If you elect not to open a box for a period of time longer than 5 business days, you are assuming responsibility for any damages that may have occurred. If your schedule does not allow for timely inspection, please contact us to make suitable arrangements. In the unlikely event you encounter a freight damage problem with your order, please notify us within 5 business days. Save all cartons and packing material until your claim is resolved. E-mail your claim information to admin@americasfinestlighting.com.
Returns
Standard Product Orders
Each of our products are manufactured to your specifications from hundreds of configurations, thus, returned items are subject to a 25% restock charge plus shipping costs back to the factory. Large orders can be subject to a higher restock charge. Contact admin@americasfinestlighting.com to discuss the details and acquire a return goods authorization, (RGA). Lighting fixtures will not be accepted by our Receiving Department without an (RGA) number. To return an item, it must be returned to America's Finest within three weeks of the ship date freight prepaid. (No Exceptions) Returned items must be received by us in original condition with original packaging and must not have been installed. Pack the item carefully in the original packaging, in the manner that it was shipped. Items that have been damaged during return shipment are the buyer's responsibility. For your protection, please obtain insurance on items being returned.
International Orders
All orders shipped internationally are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Custom or Modified Orders
Custom fixtures or standard fixtures that have been modified are not returnable for any reason.
